Tibet Trip Comments

On behalf of TAn Sze Foon, Lay Koon & Mei Ling I offer a warm thanks for arranging this trip to Tibet. Your flexibility to allow passengers to choose the dates is truly a valuable asset in your travel company. We had a very memorable trip to Tibet & were able to meet new friends & experience new food & sights along the way. Tseten is a fantastic guide who made us all laugh & enjoy ourselves, even though many of us were suffering a little from AMS. Yazmi was also 'supa dupa' & was always at hand to answer any question we had, big or small. Another Yongo experience for me that was very rewarding. REX TROW Tibet Aug 2010 (2nd Yongo Trip)

Yazmi is great, Tzeten is great too... and not forgeting our Sifu.... he is so professional n dedicated.... Many thanks! Travel Yongo! Thumbs up! TAN SZE FOON Tibet Aug 2010 (2nd Yongo Trip)

It's been an enjoyable trip indeed and it has been so mainly because of your company.  Thanks for your concern when I was sick - esp those who offered their medicine and gave up their seat so I could have a double seater to sleep on the bus (you know who you are!).  Yazmi, thanks for the offer to skip the EBC, stay back and look after me had I still been sick.  Nasib baik tak payah, ya?!!  Hehehe....  Thanks also for braving the rain with my heavy backpack and waiting with me for almost 30 mins while I was trying to flag down a cab. I think I had 'low altitude sickness' too as Tseten described.  My right ear cleared finally on the 2nd day after returning home.  I can now hear everyone clearly and not just Ming Wai's loud voice! Wish I could go travelling soon but alas a gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do... earn  money for the next Yongo trip.  *sigh - CHRISTINE LEE SEOW CHING Tibet Aug 2010 (Newbie)

It has been a great trip and we enjoyed every moment of the journey. A group made of very diverse age and experience just keep the trip interesting and more fun. Thanks YONGO for a well planned itinerary and that has greatly reduced the effect of AMS. Now we have "low altitude sickness" after returning home. We also enjoy Tseten company during the trip. Wonder if all group members have returned ? Yasmi if you stand for coming election you will have our votes...ha ha !! Now rested and looking forward for another trip. When I was a little boy, I have always dreamed about traveling to Tibet. Thanks to YonGo Travel for finally fulfilled my childhood dream. I doubt any other travel companies in Malaysia can offer the same great services and arrangements as YonGo Travel. I would also like to say what a great tour leader of YonGo Travel, Captain Soh. I must highlight that he was excellent. I were so impressed with him. He was extremely pleasant, informative, funny, helpful, had a great personality and was great company. He never let the tour members down. Im very sure that you wont get this kind of tour leader in any other commercial tour in Malaysia beside YonGo travel. I’ll have no hesitation in recommending YonGo Travel to any of my friends and family members. YonGo Travel just simply the best. Thank you once again for the wonderful time I had in Tibet during the 2 weeks tour in May 2010.Overall rating, I give a 10/10 to YonGo Travel for everything went very smoothly and excellent arrangement. All the accommodations were fine and also lots of useful reminders before the trip. 9.9/10 to YonGo travel’s tour leader – ‘Captain Soh’. (I would give a 10/10 if he a she,) Pachyin Lim, Perak  Yongo Tibet May10

I would say it was a wonderful trip with good company and sincere friends. Great work by Rachel and Leemin....kept our spirits high Just some comments for improvements....1. On the first day , dont go to Potala. The slow acclimatisation and climb and after one full day of travel is just too tiring. On the first day can do Jokhang temple and simple walking and the summer palace for the Dalai lama 2. Dont go back to the hotel at Gyantse....the hot water was not woking and the place is not clean, physically or otherwise 3 cheers for YONGO.........GO  GO  GO PK LEONG Tibet Jul 2009 (Newbie)

What can I say?  You guys are fun.  Would I join Yongo again?  Wouldn't miss it for the world.  But I got to strike it rich first before I start packing again.  Er...besides the Social Welfare Lottery, any other ideas Lee Min? Would love to do a testimonial hopefully before the week is over. Well done Rachel and thank you for Tibet.  Apart from the poor hygiene, the group has been absolutely superb.
